Cuba denounces the United States blockade: a march against imperial ignominy

On December 20th, from various territories of the country, the Cuban people, lead by the historical leaders of the Cuba Revolucition and the Presindent Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, endorsed the demand for the cessation of the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States against the Caribbean island and for the permanence of the Antillean nation on the list of countries that sponsor terrorism.

On that day, the current U.S. administration had exactly 30 days left to finish its term in office.

From India, national trade union condemns the blockade against Cuba.

The Central India Trade Union Union Union (CITU) yesterday carried out mobilizations in solidarity with Cuba and condemned the blockade against the Cuban people, in connection with the debate in the United Nations General Assembly on the draft resolution “Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba” and its vote for the thirty-second time.

Receives Prime Minister of Bhutan to Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of Cuba.

The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan, Tshering Tobgay, received the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in India, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh, Abel Aballe Despaigne. Both held a fruitful exchange on ways to expand bilateral collaboration, with emphasis on the sectors of health, sports, education and biotechnology.

The Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy in India, Abel Aballe Despaigne, participated in the International Travel and Tourism Fair and Exhibition (ITB India) held in the Indian state of Mumbai. This annual event brings together top travel industry leaders and international exhibitors from various segments of MICE, leisure, corporate, travel and technology.
