New Delhi, 15 May 2026 - After two days of intense discussions in the framework of the BRICS Foreign Ministers' Meeting, the final document of the meeting included international condemnation of the extreme strengthening of the American policy of economic, financial and commercial asphyxiation against Cuba.
New Delhi, May 13, 2026- H.E. Mr. Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, arrived in New Delhi to participate in the BRICS Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
Upon his arrival, the Minister was received by Mr. Vinay Kumar, Director of the Central America and Caribbean Division of the Ministry of External Affairs of the republic of India.
INFORMATION FROM THE REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT
Following the request submitted by the U.S. government to receive a delegation led by CIA Director John Ratcliffe in Havana, the Cuban leadership approved the visit and the meeting between Ratcliffe and his counterpart from the Ministry of Interior.
The Executive Order of May 1st and the blockade measures announced today increase the harm to the Cuban population and reinforce the threat of aggression.

Cuba announces new immigration system
Havana, 5 May 2026.- The Government of the Republic of Cuba announced the official publication of the new laws on migration, aliens and citizenship, together with their respective regulations, as part of the process of comprehensive updating of the country’s legal system.
