A delegation from the bureau of United Nations Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People carries out a working visit to Guyana. During the first day, the delegation was received by the Guyanese president, Dr. Mohamed Irfaa Ali, who availed the opportunity to reiterate his country's commitment to the principles of peace, justice and equity.

Cuba participates in the United Nations Economic and Social Council Youth Forum which takes place at the headquarters of this multilateral organization. The Cuban delegation is composed by Mirthia Brossard, head of the International Relations Department of the National Committee of Young Communists League, and Keyla Estévez, director of the Center for Youth Studies.
On April 16, 2024, representatives of Cuba and the United States held bilateral migration talks in Washington DC. The Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Carlos Fernández de Cossío Domínguez, chaired the Cuban delegation and the Deputy Undersecretary of State of the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs of the State Department, Eric Jacobstein, led the US delegation.
