New York, 27 April, 2026 — Deputy Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Daylenis Moreno Guerra intervened in the Policy Dialogue among the Group of Friends of the Global Development Initiative (GDI), promoted by China, and the UN Task Force on Leveraging Partnerships for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
