Bahamian organization presents the Cuban Embassy with a piece of historical research on Cuba
The Bahamas, 22 May 2019. In a cordial and dynamic meeting, representatives of Public Private Investments Ltd (PPIL), a Bahamian company focused on heritage education and community development presented the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba to The Bahamas with a valuable piece of historical research on Cuba which dates back to 1899. The text, entitled “Report on the Census of Cuba”, is over 700 pages including plentiful statistics and high quality illustrations.

Mfula paid a courtesy call on the Cuban Ambassador, Ismara Vargas Walter. They both exchanged about the historical links between their nations, and the immense legacy of Fidel in the African continent. Mr. Mfula mentioned the opening of the Embassy of Zambia in Havana in the near future.
