Cuban Ambassador in Canadá meets with Minister of International Development.
Cuban Ambassador to Canada Rodrigo Malmierca Díaz held a meeting with the Honorable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of International Development, during which he expressed his gratitude for the projects of cooperation currently are being developed with Canada.
The meeting was also an opportunity to explore new possibilities, including triangular cooperation with third countries in areas such as food security, renewable energies, gender equality, climate change, among others.
Festival of Cultures in St Constant
The third edition of the Festival of Cultures was held in the town of St Constant under the auspices of the Mayor's Office. It was a unique opportunity for Latin America to shine with its dances, typical costumes and traditional dishes.
Cubans living in Montreal represented the country and put the name of the island on high. There were musical presentations, rumba classes and the typical mojito with a large number of people.
