Petition against the blockade and inclusion of Cuba in the list of countries sponsoring terrorism presented in the Parliament of Canada
On the afternoon of October 23, Member of Parliament Gabriel Ste. Marie presented to the House of Commons the petition e-5014 calling on his country’s government to request the United States to lift the blockade against Cuba, as well as the removal of the island from the list of States sponsoring terrorism.
Note on Cuba's electro-energy situation
As reported, Cuba is currently affected by a complex electro-energy situation, aggravated since last Friday, October 18, which has its main cause in the intensification of the U.S. economic war and financial and energy persecution, which hinders the import of fuels and other resources necessary for that industry.
