Cuba has an aproach to Solar Water Solutions in Finland
Cuban Ambassador, Beatriz Parra González, was received this Frinday in "Solar Water Solutions" a company bassed in Espoo. During the exchange with Toni Korttila, Head of Manufacturing, and the CEO Hannu Manninen, the Ambassador have learned about this interesting proposal with experience in Latin America and the Caribbean. An excellent opportunity to approach the purification processes of salinized water through the production of solar energy sources.
Our Embassy in mourning day in solidarity with Finland

Cuba thanks the Finnish Friendship Association for its permanent denunciation and support against the blockade
This Sunday Cuban ambassador Beatriz Parra González had a nice exchange with the new members of the board of the Finland-Cuba Friendship Association. It was an interesting opportunity to know the goals of Suomi-Kuuba-seura for this year that, despite the economic difficulties that the cuts have imposed on the Association, will continue his important job guided by its love for Cuba. Parra shared information about current national events in Cuba and the extraordinary impact that the blockade has had on the daily life of the people, and took the opportunity to thank the association for its historic support and denunciation against the blockade, as well as its solidarity work that reach out every year in the province of Las Tunas, particularly in the pediatric hospital.

The Cuban Embassy in Finland welcomes the election of the new President of the Finland-Cuba Association, Matti Siltala, as well as the new members who join its board. Finnish entities are invited to participate in FIHAV 2024
During an interesting exchange, the representative of Cuba in Finland, Beatriz Parra González, learned about the opportunities offered by the Finnvest company for commercial rapprochement between Finnish partners and the rest of the world. The Director of the institution, Birgit Nevala, offered a detailed presentation of the plans and objectives, as well as their main results. The Cuban diplomat informed the Finnish authority of Cuba's economic potential as part of the economic updating process, and invited them to participate in the next Havana International Fair, to be held in November 2024.
