Today we received again at the Cuban Embassy in Finland the researcher and professor from the University of Turku, Aleksi Huhta. Ambassador Beatriz Parra González wished him success on this trip in which he will follow the historical roots between Cuba and Finland. Our headquarters hopes that his project with the Institute of History of Cuba will be fruitful for the historical memory of both countries.

During a pleasant meeting, the representative of Cuba in Finland, Beatriz Parra González, spoke with Ms. Katja Nolvi, Secretary of the Friendship Group with Cuba in the Finnish Parliament. In just over an hour, the Caribbean diplomat updated Ms. Nolvi on the main issues of the Cuban national reality, highlighting the achievements made in the legislative field in the country, for which she expressed, there is an interest in consolidating ties between our Parliaments.
