Cuba participates in meeting with Foreign Minister of Latvia
Ambassador of Cuba, Beatriz Parra González, spoke with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, HE Mr. Edgars Rinkēvičs. The meeting organized by the Embassy of Spain in Latvia focused on issues on the CELAC-EU agenda. The Ambassador thanked Mr. Rinkēvičs for his kind words about his country and about Cuba's dialogue with the EU, in the framework of the forthcoming visit of Minister Josep Borrell to Havana.
