Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla receives the Ambassador of Finland in Cuba
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, received this Wednesday the Ambassador of Finland in Cuba, Pertti Ikonen, at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry in this capital. The Cuban Foreign Minister highlighted through Twitter: "I held a meeting with the Finnish ambassador, Pertti Ikonen. We exchanged on issues of common interest for the ties between the two countries. I ratified the will to advance in bilateral relations."
Ambassadors of Cuba and Filand talk about bilateral ties
Cuban Ambassador, H.E. Mrs. Beatriz Parra González, received the Ambassador of Finland in the Islan, H.E. Mr. Pertti Ikonen. The Cuban diplomat highlighted the opportunity of HE's upcoming visit to Cuba to continue deepening bilateral ties. In the metting were present too from Cuba's side the Second Secretary, Mr.Adalberto Ávila Parra, and Mrs. Sanna Tavi, Diplomatic Attached of the Ministry of Foreing Affairs of Finland.

Vilnius, April 11, 2023.- Cuban Ambassador, H.E. Mrs. Beatriz Parra González had the honor of being received by H.E. Archbishop Petar Rajič, Apostolic Nuncio in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Lithuania shared kind words about Cuba that he met during the visit of Pope John Paul II. He expressed nice words about the faith and religiosity that unites the Cuban people.
Lithuanian Minister of Health receives the Ambassador of Cuba
The Minister of Public Health of Lithuania, Arūnas Dulkys, received this Wednesday the Ambassador of Cuba, Beatriz Parra González, at the main headquarters of his institution. At the meeting, both parties discussed the results in the fight against COVID and the primary health strategies implemented in both countries. The Ambassador thanked the Lithuanian authorities for their cordial welcome and invited them to promote agreements in this area between the two nations.
Cuba for strengthening relations with Lithuania
As part of Cuba's foreign policy based on friendship, cooperation and solidarity, Ambassador Beatriz Parra González expressed to the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nauséda, her interest in strengthening bilateral relations. The Head of Mission held a meeting with the Lithuanian dignitary after presenting them the day before with the Letters of Credence that accredit her as concurrent ambassador in this Baltic country. Nauséda recognized in the cordial talk the Cuban achievements in education and sports, areas in which -he considered- both nations can establish collaboration agreements.
