Ghanaian graduates in Cuba deliver Fidel’s picture to the Cuban Embassy
During an evening activity at the "T-Havana Park" Recreation Center, a representation of the Ghanaian graduates in Cuba, paid tribute to the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro.
Mr. Philip Arthur, President of the Program Organizing Committee for the 30th Anniversary, and also member of the management of the Association of the Ghanaian Trained in Cuba (ESBECAN), presented to the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy, Julio César Sánchez Martínez, a cadre of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, and whom the ESBECAN consider as their second father.
Meeting with Ghanaian youth at the Cuban Embassy
The Chargé d'Affaires a.i., Julio César Sánchez Martínez, held a fraternal meeting with five Ghanaian students who will participate in one-year training of Spanish Language at the University of Cienfuegos.
During the meeting, the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. explained aspects related to Cuban history, culture and the current situation. He also addressed the particularities of the city of Cienfuegos, capital of the province of the same name.
Ghanaian graduates pay tribute to Commander in Chief Fidel Castro
The Embassy of Cuba attended as an invited at the opening of the commemorative day on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the arrival to Cuba of a group of young Ghanaians. Under the motto “The role of graduates in Cuba in the socio-economic development of Ghana”, and the recognition of the legacy of the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro, the Event held place at the Complex T-Havana Park.
