The 4th Patria International Colloquium concluded in Havana.

The 4th Patria International Colloquium concluded yesterday in Havana, attended by more than 400 delegates from some 50 countries. Participants pledged to establish a permanent Southern Network to continue confronting cognitive warfare, disinformation campaigns, media manipulation, and psychological warfare promoted by imperialist actors.

The attendees of the IV International Colloquium "Patria," gathered since last Monday at the University of Havana to offer insights into left-wing political communication in the face of the media war under the motto "We are peoples weaving networks," issued a final declaration this Wednesday during the event's closing ceremony. Fourth International Colloquium "Patria"

With the presence of Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, the Fourth International Colloquium "Patria" was inaugurated. The event is being held in Cuba until March 19th under the motto "We are peoples weaving networks."
The event takes place as part of the Cuban Press Day and coincides with the 133rd anniversary of the newspaper founded by José Martí, from which it takes its name, and celebrates the 20th anniversary of teleSUR. It brings together more than 400 guests from 47 countries.
