The attempts to fence it off and isolate it have once again shown that they fail: here are journalists, intellectuals, artists and communicators from several countries gathered at the Patria International Colloquium organized by the Union of Journalists of Cuba, held at the Casa de las Américas, in Havana.
The ninth public presentation of the book José Martí and “the Greek” took place last night in Athens, sponsored by the Parnassos Association of Philologists (II).

Solidarity with Cuba in Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki March 12. The Hellenic-Cuban Association and the Greek Committee for Detente and Peace in Thessaloniki, organized an important event of solidarity with Cuba at the headquarters of the City Hall in Thessaloniki, the second most important city in Greece. Apostolis Skoufas, president of the Association, and Zelmys María Dominguez Cortina, Cuban ambassador to Greece, spoke.

Through Executive Decree 19, dated March 8, 2022, the Panamanian authorities have decided to establish the requirement of transit visas for Cuban nationals, for a period of 3 months. As reported by the Embassy of Panama in Havana, the measure will come into force as of Sunday, March 13.
