Monrovia, January 22, 2024 - The inauguration of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai and Vice President Jeremiah Kpan Koung took place early this morning in the Liberian capital.
The historic event was attended by the Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera who represented our nation as a member of the diplomatic corps accredited in the West African country.
The investiture took place at the Capitol of Monrovia and was attended by leaders and delegations from several countries.

The event was attended by President George Manneh Weah, government officials of the Executive, as well as members of the 55th National Legislature.
