Director of Multilateral Division receives Cuban ambassador
Cuban Ambassador Antonio Luis Pubillones Izaguirre was recently received by Ntesany Molemele, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the Ministry of International Relations.
During the cordial meeting, the two diplomats reviewed several topics of mutual interest and exchanged views on the current complex international context. In this regard, they expressed their commitment to continue working in defense of multilateralism and to strengthen ties between their countries in the multilateral arena, where they share common positions.

Gaborone, February 9, 2026 - Cuban Ambassador Antonio Luis Pubillones Izaguirre participated this afternoon, along with a group of ambassadors and heads of mission, in the presentation of the 2026-2027 Budget by the Vice President and Minister of Finance of Botswana, Ndaba Gaolathe. The occasion provided an opportunity for the diplomat to meet and interact with some colleagues before and after the important meeting at the Presidential Palace of the sister African nation.
