CUBA IS NOT ALONE
Members of the José Martí Brigade have begun their work in Cuba. Convened by ICAP (Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples), the brigade expresses solidarity with the Cuban people's struggle and will hold meetings, exchanges, and volunteer work during the first half of August. Participants will also attend the International Colloquium commemorating the Centenary of the Birth of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro Ruz.
Signatures for Cuba and Against the Criminal Blockade
I received comrades Anda Anastasaki and Christoforos Giakoumelos, who, representing the International Workers' Institute (IOI), delivered, in digital format and also in two volumes of almost 2,000 pages, the lists of internationalists who supported and participated in the campaign entitled "I Sign for Cuba."
73RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE ATTACK ON THE MONCADA AND CARLOS M. DE CESPEDES BARRACKS
Cuba's National Rebellion Day was commemorated in Athens at a gathering convened by the Hellenic-Cuban Association of Friendship and Solidarity and other organizations in solidarity with the heroic struggle waged by the Cuban people. The event, held in the gardens of the Panhellenic Union of Fighters in Makronisos, was well attended by members of the solidarity movement and friends of Cuba.
