The Ambassador of Cuba participated in a fraternal meeting at the headquarters of the Egyptian Cartoonist Association where ways to celebrate the 70 years of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Egypt were explored.
Renowned personalities of the Egyptian graphic humor, the board of the Egyptian Cartoonist Association, the President of the Egypt-Cuba Friendship Association and officials of the Cuban Embassy took part in this meeting.
Nassau, 11 February 2019. In a cordial meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Bahamas, the Foreign Minister of that Caribbean nation, Honorable Darren Allan Henfield and the Cuban Ambassador, Ismara M. Vargas Walter, reiterated the will of their countries to consolidating the level of cooperation reached.
During the meeting, both parties reviewed the different areas of the bilateral relations and verified their excellent state.
From February 4 to 8, a Cuban delegation composed of officials from BiocubaFarma, the Cuban Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB), the Center for Molecular Immunology (CIM) and the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba completed a busy working programme, organized by the International Trade Office attached to the British Embassy to Habana.
