Cuba Highlights Strong Rejection to Trump's Policy

VIENNA, June 19, 2017.-  Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Monday highlighted the strong rejection of the policy announced recently by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the Caribbean island.

Cuban Minister of Foreing Affairs will hold a press conference

The Minister of Foreing Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, who is paying a work visit to Austria, will hold a press conference in Vienna, on Monday, June 19th,  at 4:00 p.m (10:00 p.m. - Cuba).

The Cuban Minister will address important and current issues related to Cuban foreing policy.

The  press conference will be transmitted live by Cuban television and radio, and also by the Youtube channel of the Cuban Foreign Ministry official site (www.minrex.gob.cu).

Havana, Cuba, Jun 16 (ACN) On June 16th, 2017, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in a speech full of hostile rhetoric, that recalled the times of open confrontation against our country, announced in a theater in Miami its government's policy towards Cuba which reverts advances in the last two years after December 17th of 2014 by Presidents Raul Castro and Barack Obama announcing the decision of reestablishing diplomatic relations and began a process towards the normalization of bilateral ties.

FOREIGN SECRETARY OF PAKISTAN RECEIVED THE AMBASSADOR OF CUBA

Islamabad, April 25, 2017. Foreign Secretary of Pakistan, H. E. Ms. Tehmina Janjua, received the Ambassador of Cuba, Gabriel Tiel Capote, who took the occasion to congratulate her on recent appointment as head of this important post. During the meeting, the main themes of the excellent bilateral relations were reviewed, while the willingness of the two countries to strengthen them, and to extend economic and commercial links to mutual benefit. The First vice president of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba received in Havana the Chairman Senate of Pakistan

The first vice president of the State Councils and Ministers of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, received today the President of the Senate of Pakistan, Mian Raza Rabbani, who fulfills an invitation from the National Assembly of Popular Power (ANPP).

At the meeting, both personalities talked about the excellent state of the bilateral ties and expressed the mutual interest of working to consolidate and extend them.

They also discussed the respective national realities and the international situation.
