Vincentian ambassador to CARICOM receives Cuban diplomat.

Kingstown - October 3, 2024. The ambassador of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), His Excellency Mr. Allan Alexander, received the head of the Cuban mission in this country, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, an occasion in which both officials shared in a fraternal atmosphere.

The diplomats exchanged views on the good state of bilateral ties, the current international situation and on issues associated with Caricom and Cuba's historic relations with this organization.

On December 8, Caricom and Cuba will celebrate the 52nd anniversary of their fraternal friendship, a sincere relationship of mutual respect and support, which promotes solidarity and cooperation in all possible areas.

Cuban Embassy staff visits SVG Brewery Ltd.

Kingstown-October 2, 2024. The staff of the Cuban Embassy in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines visited the beers and soft drinks factory of this Caribbean nation.

During the visit, guided by the director of the plant, Mr. Collin Fidel Huskinson, the diplomats were able to appreciate the production process of not only the national beer "Hairoun", but also malts and soft drinks that are sold in the domestic market and in several Caribbean countries.

The Cuban ambassador, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, explained that Cuba is a consumer country of beer and soft drinks, so there are business opportunities for the St. Vincent Brewery Ltd to insert its products.. ​​​​​​​

SVG-Cuba Friendship Society reaffirms solidarity with the Cuban Revolution.

Kingstown-September 30, 2024. The working visit to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by the official of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP), Tamara Armenteros Alcee, concluded with an emotional meeting with the SVG-Cuba Friendship Society.

Armenteros Alcee conveyed a warm greeting to the Vincentian friends on behalf of the president of ICAP and Hero of the Republic of Cuba, Fernando González Llort, and reiterated the deep gratitude of the Cuban people for the unconditional support offered in recent decades. ​​​​​​​

Vincentian Foreign Ministry reiterates its unconditional support for Cuba.

Kingstown, 27 September 2024 - The Director General of the Vincentian Foreign Ministry, Dr. Tamira Browne, expressed today that Cuba will be able to continue counting on the unconditional support of the government and people of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

This statement was made during a courtesy call by ICAP official, Tamara Armenteros Alcee, who is visiting the Caribbean nation on a working trip.

Armenteros Alcee thanked the Vincentian government for the sincere accompaniment and the historic principled position of the prime minister, Dr. Hon. Ralph Gonsalves, regarding the struggle against the US blockade and the urgent need to remove Cuba from the spurious list of states that allegedly sponsor terrorism.

The ICAP official visiting Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Tamara Armenteros Alcee, had a special moment with members of the Cuban Medical Brigade that work in this sister nation, in which she gave an update on the current situation of Cuba, shared elements on the objectives of her working program and encouraged our collaborators to work diligently on the assigned tasks.
