Secretary General of the Burundian government party begins an official visit to Cuba.

In the morning of September 4, the Honorable Reverien Ndikuriyo, Secretary General of the ruling party of the Republic of Burundi, National Council for the Defense of Democracy - Forces for the Defense of Democracy (CNDD-FDD) was received at the José Martí International Airport by the Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsán, Vice President of the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba.
Ambassador of Cuba hold new visit to the Uganda Cultural Center.
Kampala. Francis Peter Ojede, Executive Director of the Uganda National Cultural Center (UNCC) received for the second time the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Perez Xiqués.
On this occasion, the cultural project being prepared as part of the program of celebrations for the 50th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Uganda was followed up.

Kampala. On the afternoon of August 21, the Cuban Ambassador held a new meeting with Awich Pollar, Secretary in charge of International Relations of the National Resistance Movement of Uganda.
The purpose of the meeting was to follow up on the bilateral work projects between the rule parties of Uganda and Cuba.
Both officials agreed on the contribution of the relations between the National Resistance Movement and the Communist Party of Cuba to the continuous strengthening of political relations between both countries.

The attendance of graduates from Uganda, Burundi and Rwanda joined that of other countries on the continent, highlighting the messages of gratitude to Cuba, the Commander in Chief and ICAP for having made their studies on the island an unforgettable and essential part of their lives.
