Cuba and China Test Strength of Bilateral Ties in Zimbabwe
Harare, May 21, 2025 - Cuba and China today demonstrated the strength of their bilateral relations during a meeting between their ambassadors to Zimbabwe, Her Excellency Ms. Susellys Pérez Mesa and His Excellency Mr. Zhou Ding.
The historic political ties of friendship and collaboration, as well as the desire to consolidate them, were the focus of the exchange held at the headquarters of the Asian nation's diplomatic mission in this capital.

Harare, May 20, 2025 – The Cuban Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Her Excellency Ms. Susellys Pérez Mesa, reiterated today the Caribbean island's support for the legitimate and historic cause of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR), during a meeting with her counterpart, His Excellency Mr. Louali Moussa Zaoui.
The ambassadors praised the relations of friendship, brotherhood, and cooperation between the two countries, as well as their mutual desire to consolidate their historic bilateral ties.

The ZANU-PF leader highlighted Cuba's resilience and determination to never surrender.
He also considered it incredible that the peaceful people of the Caribbean country would be included on the United States' list of alleged sponsors of terrorism and, now, of those who do not support the fight against this scourge.
