The Cubans residing in Ghana during their VIII Meeting condemn the blockade

The VIII Meeting of Resident Cubans in Ghana, and the IV Meeting of Children and Youth, held at the T-Havana Parks Recreational Cultural Center in the city of Tema, Greater Accra Region, Ghana had as axes the greeting to the Day of the Cuban Culture, and the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Ghana and of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution.

Pan-African trade union organization confirms solidarity with Cuba and condemns the blockade

The Ambassador of Cuba, Pedro Luis Despaigne González, visited the headquarters of the Organization of African Trade Union Unity (OATUU), where he was received by the Secretary General, Mr. Arezki Mezhoud, who in his words expressed his respect for the Cuban Revolution, and its historical leaders, especially the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro and the Commander, Ernesto Ché Guevara, whom he met during his youth in his native Algeria.

Cuba report on blockade 2019 is presented to the Ghanaian press

The Ambassador of Cuba to Ghana, Pedro Luis Despaigne González presented at the Freedom Center in Accra and before a representation of Ghanaian press media, the Cuban Report on the blockade corresponding to 2019, as well as the draft resolution on the blockade that will be presented at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on November 6 and 7, 2019.

Ghana to participate at the 6th Africa solidarity meeting

The official delegation of the Cuba Solidarity Movement in Ghana will be leaving Accra on Sunday, 22nd September, 2019 to the capital of Abuja to participate at the 6th Africa Solidarity Meeting to be held in Abuja, Nigeria from the 23rd -25th September, 2019 with calls for the removal of the US Economic Blockade and sanctions against the Republic of Cuba.
