THE BAHAMAS, June 30, 2017. –Once again the Cuban Ambassador in The Bahamas, Ismara Vargas Walter, emphasized her condemnation against the blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba, during a meeting with the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Darren Henfield, which took place at the headquarters of the Bahamian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
THE BAHAMAS, June 26, 2017.-This morning the Cuban Ambassador to The Bahamas, Ismara Vargas Walter, paid a courtesy call on the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hon. Darren Henfield, at the Ministry’s headquarters.
During the exchange, both sides reviewed the issues of interest, while pledging to continue working on the strengthening of relations between the two countries.

During the meeting, which took place in a cordial atmosphere, both parties discussed issues of mutual interest, in particular on the area of investments for the economic development of their respective countries.
NASSAU, 19 April 2017.-This morning, the Cuban Ambassador to The Bahamas, Ismara Vargas Walter, offered an interview to the ZNS channel, one of the main Bahamian press media, to once again denounce the hostile blockade imposed by the US against Cuba.
NASSAU, June 9th, 2017 -The 42nd Annual Conference of the Association of Caribbean Studies, in which Cuba assumed the temporary presidency, concluded this afternoon.
