Take to the streets in defense of Venezuela

Statement from the Cuban chapter of the Network of Intellectuals, Artists, and Social Movements in Defense of Humanity, REDH-Cuba.
The aggression that some denied has entered a new chapter. The United States has launched a military attack on the people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Taking advantage, with their characteristic cowardice, of the early hours of the morning in Caracas and the first days of the year, they carried out their actions against the people and claimed innocent victims on January 3, 2026.

Statement by the International Relations Committee of the National Assembly of People's Power

The members of the International Relations Committee of the National Assembly of People's Power of the Republic of Cuba express our strongest condemnation of the military aggression by the United States government against the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

We urgently call on parliamentarians around the world to demand an end to this criminal attack, which violates international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and all norms of civilization.

Comunique of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela rejects, condemns, and denounces before the international community the extremely grave military aggression carried out by the current Government of the United States of America against Venezuelan territory and population, targeting civilian and military locations in the city of Caracas, the capital of the Republic, and the states of Miranda, Aragua, and La Guaira.

Cuba denounces and demands URGENT reaction from the international community against the criminal attack by the United States on Venezuela.

MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA MIGUEL DIAZ-CANEL BERMUDEZ.

“We strongly condemn the ongoing military aggression by the #USA against #Venezuela. The bombings and acts of war against Caracas and other locations in the country are cowardly acts against a nation that has not attacked the US or any other country,” the Foreign Minister declared on X.
