The 67th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution is celebrated in South Africa

Pretoria, 11 December 2025 – The Cuban Embassy in South Africa celebrated the 67th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, together with members of the South African government, representatives of diplomatic missions from several countries, Cuban collaborators who work here, and Cuban residents. The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Blade Nzimande, headed the South African delegation.

Ambassador of Cuba presented his Letters of Credence to the Honorable President of Nepal

Ambassador Juan Carlos Marsan Aguilera presented his Letters of Credence to the Honorable President of Nepal, Mr. Ram Chandra Poudel, accrediting him as Ambassador of Cuba. He conveyed greetings from President Miguel Diaz-Canel  Bermudez, which were warmly reciprocated, in the framework of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Nepal.

Cuban Embassy participates in Forum for Human Rights Day held in Malaysia.

Kuala Lumpur, December 10, 2025. Cuban Ambassador Yadira Ledesma H. ​​participated in the Human Rights Day Forum alongside the diplomatic corps and representatives of the government and civil society in Malaysia.

The meeting provided an opportunity to learn about the progress made by the National Human Rights Commission in the country and the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister's Office, the work of the United Nations and UNICEF in this area in the region, and the Malaysian government's reforms on this important issue.

From Ottawa "Hands for Cuba" donation for hurricane Melissa victims

Ottawa - In a coordinated effort involving staff from the diplomatic Mission in Canada, Cuban residents in Ottawa/Gatineau, and solidarity groups in this capital, the "Hands for Cuba" donation was organized. It will be sent to the country's eastern provinces, which were affected after Hurricane Melissa passed through Cuban territory.

Cuban Ambassador pays courtesy call to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Kingstown, December 9, 2025 — In a cordial and constructive atmosphere, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, paid a courtesy call to the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Investment, Foreign Trade and Diaspora Affairs, Hon. Fitzgerald Bramble.

During the positive meeting, both officials reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the historic ties of friendship, cooperation and solidarity between Cuba and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Ambassador Rodríguez Etcheverry congratulated Minister Bramble on his recent appointment and expressed Cuba’s continued commitment to supporting key areas such as health care, education and training, sports and agriculture, sectors in which both countries have developed significant collaboration.
