Cuban leaders congratulate Cambodia on independence anniversary
Cuba's top leaders on Tuesday contratulated their counterparts in Cambodia on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the country's independence. In a message to the King of Cambodia, Norodom Sihamoni, Miguel Diaz-Canel, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Cuban president, ratified the commitment to continue working together to improve bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation.

The Ambassador of Cuba in Phnom Penh, Liurka Rodríguez Barrios, held a brief exchange with the Vice Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia, Prak Sokhonn. The Caribbean diplomat took the opportunity to thank the leader for his support for the noble causes defended by the Greater Antilles, whose outgoing vocation has also reached the Asian kingdom.
