The Embassy of Cuba in Ethiopia participates in a meeting of the Association of Ethio-Cubans of the city of Adama
Addis Ababa, August 28, 2022. The Association of Etho-Cubans of the city of Adama, held its general assembly on Sunday, to which the members of the Embassy of Cuba were invited. This Association is composed of more than 285 members who make up in its structure a Savings and Credit Cooperative that undertakes economic assistance projects among its participants.

The Cuban ambassador, also appointed as ambassador to South Sudan, recalled the historic ties of friendship that unite the two countries and reaffirmed Cuba's willingness to continue granting scholarships for the training of low-income students from developing countries and presented two new scholarships for the 2023 academic year.
