Cuban Prime Minister congratulates his Lebanese counterpart on his nomination
Beirut, September 22, 2021. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Manuel Marrero Cruz, sent a message of congratulations to his Lebanese counterpart Najib Mikati, on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Lebanese Republic.
In the letter, Marrero Cruz reaffirmed the will of Cuba to continue developing and strengthening the historic relations of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.

Beirut, September 21, 2021. Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla sent warm congratulations to his Lebanese counterpart, Abdullah Bou Habib, on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of the Lebanese Republic.
In the letter, the Cuban Foreign Minister expressed his willingness to continue developing and strengthening the historic relations of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
Cuban Ambassador participates in meeting of Lebanese journalists and media against the blockade
Beirut, September 9, 2021. The Cuban Ambassador, Alexander Pellicer Moraga, participated in a meeting of Lebanese journalists and media against the blockades and sanctions imposed today by the United States against sovereign and independent countries of the world, including Cuba.
The event condemned the aggressive policy and the system of illegal and genocidal sanctions imposed by Washington, unilaterally, against countries that do not submit to its designs and defend nationalist positions in favor of their peoples.
Lebanese media highlight that Cuba will be the first country in the world to vaccinate children over two years of age
Beirut, September 7, 2021. Lebanese media of various tendencies disclosed today that Cuba will be the first country in the world to vaccinate children over two years old against Covid-19 with two of the vaccines developed in the Caribbean island.
The reports highlight that Cuba, with a population of 11.2 million, aims to vaccinate all its children before reopening its schools, which have been closed, almost uninterruptedly, since March 2020. The new school year began yesterday in Cuba, but from homes, and through educational television programs.
Hezbollah's Head of International Relations expresses support for Cuba
Beirut, July 14, 2021. Hezbollah Head of Arab and International Relations Ammar Al-Moussawi visited the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Lebanon, where he met with Ambassador Alexander Pellicer Moraga, with whom he discussed the situation in Cuba.
Al-Moussawi condemned the blatant US interference in Cuban affairs and the acts of incitement practiced against the Cuban leadership and people.
