Cuban Ambassador in Seychelles participates in the celebration of the Chinese Spring festival

Victoria, February 7._ The Cuban Ambassador in Seychelles, Martha Hernández Caneiro, participated in the reception hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Victoria, on the occasion of the Spring Festival and in a welcoming reception to the new ambassador of the Asian giant in Seychelles, H.E. Lin Nan. 

To celebrate the event, the activity was attended by Seychelles President Wavel Ramkalawan and Vice President Ahmed Afif, ministers, members of the National Assembly, as well as members of the diplomatic corps and the Chinese community in the country.

Cuba present at the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of India's Republic Day

The Cuban Ambassador Martha Hernández Caneiro participated in the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Republic of India, a celebration organised by the Embassy of India in Seychelles.

The occasion was propitious to convey congratulations on behalf of the government and people of Cuba and to ratify the interest and will to continue strengthening bilateral relations, which date back more than six decades.

Cuba reaffirms its will to strengthen collaboration with Seychelles

Kampala, Jan 18 (Prensa Latina) Bruno Rodríguez, Cuba's Foreign Minister, reaffirmed today the will of his country to continue medical collaboration with Seychelles, taking into account the friendly relations between both peoples and the solidarity practices with African countries.

He made this statement during a meeting with his Seychelles counterpart, Silvestre Radegonde, in the framework of the Non-Aligned Movement (Mnoal) Summit in Uganda.

65th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution celebrated

Victoria, 14 January, 2023._The Seychelles Cuba Friendship Association (SECUFA) and the Cuban embassy celebrated the 65th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution and the New Year last Saturday at the Cuban embassy in Bel Eau.

Havana, January 11 (RHC)-- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates its deep concern over the continued escalation of violence by Israel in the illegally occupied Palestinian territories, in flagrant violation of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, including numerous UN resolutions.
 
The Ministry once again strongly condemns the killing of civilians, especially women, children and UN humanitarian workers, as well as the indiscriminate shelling of Palestinian civilians and the destruction of homes, hospitals and civilian infrastructure.
