Havana, 21 November, 2019. This 21 November, Havana became the venue of the Sixth Round of Migratory Talks between the Republic of Cuba and the Cayman Islands.

During the work sessions, developed in an honest, mutual respectful atmosphere, both delegations assessed the state of the migratory flow between Cuba and the Cayman Islands and the implementation of the Agreement on Migratory Issues.

This time, the Cuban delegation will be led by Mr. Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, Director General of the Bureau of Consular Affairs and Cuban Residents Abroad from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba. The counterpart delegation will be joint headed by Mr. Matthew Forbes, Chief of Staff of the Governor of the Cayman Islands, and Mr. Michael Ebanks, Acting Chief Officer of the Ministry of Empoyment and Border Control.
