Students of the Ocho Rios Primary School visit the Embassy of Cuba in Jamaica

Thirty students ranging from 10 to12 years old and two teachers from the Ochos Ríos Primary School, located in the town of the same name in the parish of Saint Ann, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Jamaica this morning.

Kingston, 18 February 2020. Thirty students ranging from 10 to12 years old and two teachers from the Ochos Ríos Primary School, located in the parish of Saint Ann, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Jamaica this morning.

They are members of the school's Spanish Club. This visit is part of their language immersion programme and of the pedagogical actions taken by the teaching staff to foster knowledge about the culture of neighboring Spanish-speaking countries.
