Havana, January 3, 2026.- The Revolutionary Government condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the military aggression by the United States against Venezuela, while categorically reaffirming Cuba’s absolute support and solidarity with the sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and its government. Cuba supports the address delivered by the Executive VicePresident, Delcy Rodríguez, and endorses her demand that the United States Government provide proof of life of President, Nicolás Maduro, and Cilia Flores.

Cuban Embassy in Pretoria celebrated the 67th anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution

Pretoria, January 1, 2026.- The staff of the Cuban Embassy in South Africa, together with Cuban collaborators working in the country, celebrated the 67th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution. In a family atmosphere, all comrades reiterated their commitment to defending the Revolution, the homeland, and our socialism. The Second Secretary Bryan Betancourt, dedicated some words to the Cuban Revolution, its history and leaders, and the challenges of the future, always confident in our victory.

Strengthening ties with the Kingdom of Lesotho

Pretoria, December 23, 2025.- The Cuban Ambassador to South Africa, Fakri Rodríguez Pinelo, welcomed the Director for Europe and the Americas of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations of the Kingdom of Lesotho, Tebogo Rakoloi, at the headquarters of the diplomatic mission. During the meeting, they reviewed the main issues in bilateral relations and advocated for the strengthening of ties.

The 67th anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution is celebrated in South Africa

Pretoria, 11 December 2025 – The Cuban Embassy in South Africa celebrated the 67th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, together with members of the South African government, representatives of diplomatic missions from several countries, Cuban collaborators who work here, and Cuban residents. The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Blade Nzimande, headed the South African delegation.
