Canberra, 14 October 2023. The Embassy of Cuba to the Commonwealth of Australia had its space in the "Floriade" festival sponsored by the authorities of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). The event was an opportunity to highlight the values of Cuban culture, as well as to showcase and promote the sites of unparalleled beauty of the largest of the Antilles.
Sydney, October 13, 2023. During this weekend, Cubans living in Australia hosted the Australian-Cuban Dance Festival "Del son a la Timba". The event includes a competition of casino of different dance schools that are developed in the Australian geography with Cuban artists residing in this country.
Canberra, October 7, 2023. The Cuban Embassy to the Commonwealth of Australia participated in the event to promote the culture of Latin American countries in the Australian capital. The event took place in the Latin American Plaza of the Australian capital, where works of artists from different countries of the region, accredited in Australia, were exhibited.
Canberra, 29 September 2023. The Central Committee of the Australian Communist Party today issued a statement rejecting the terrorist attack on the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Washington DC.
The organization strongly condemned terrorism and violations of the Vienna Conventions on Diplomatic and Consular Relations, while stressing solidarity with Cuba and its people.

Canberra, September 28, 2023. The different branches of the Australian Cuba Friendship Society (ACFS) issued a joint statement rejecting the terrorist attack against the Cuban Embassy in Washington last September 24. The document also demands the elimination of Cuba's inclusion in the list of countries sponsoring terrorism and supports the humanist actions of the Cuban Revolution.
