The University of Thessaly, an important academic and scientific institution in Central Greece, hosted in the city of Volos the presentation of the book José Martí and "the Greek" on the night of last Wednesday, January 19, in a ceremony greeted by Dr. Zissis Mamouris, Rector of the University, who welcomed the Ambassador of Cuba to the Hellenic Republic, Zelmys Domínguez Cortina, and all those present, including vice-rectors, professors and students of the university, as well as people from other cities of the region, such as Larissa, the capital city of Thessaly, the most important agricultural region in Greece, which is also home to the renowned Mount Olympus.
