The All-African People’s Revolutionary Party unequivocally Condemns the Terrorist Attack on the Cuban Embassy in the U.S.
The terrorist attack at the Cuban Embassy in the U.S. September 24, 2023, is but another example of U.S. imperialism’s political and economic war against the Cuban people and their noble efforts to build a socialist society. World history is clear that U.S. imperialism is the leading financier and purveyor of terrorism and violence in the world today. Although mandated by international law and to “protect the premises of the mission against intrusion or damage and to avoid disturbing the tranquillity of the mission or violating its dignity”[i], U.S.
Statement of Left Alliance for National Democracy and Socialism (LANDS) On the Attack on the Cuban Embassy in Washington, D.C.
We condemn the attack on the Cuban Embassy in Washington DC which took place this past Sunday, the 24th of September. We stand in solidarity with the Cuban people.
This attack follows decades of violent terrorism against the Cuban state and people, including some in recent years. A similar attack on the Cuban Embassy in the US occurred in 2020 and a global network of far-right groups targeted Cuban missions in different countries in 2021. This involved petrol bombs being thrown at the Cuban Embassy in France.
