Vientiane, October 3, 2025. We have the will to continue expanding our historic relations with Laos, assured President Miguel Diaz-Canel, while welcoming Thongsavanh Phomvihane, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

The Head of State described the Lao Foreign Minister's official visit as “further evidence of the excellent state of our ties.”

His stay in Cuba marks a milestone in the mutual will of both parties to continue expanding and strengthening them.
