The President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with Peoples (ICAP) responded to the message of congratulations that Mr. Renwick Rose, President of the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-Cuba Friendship Association, sent him in recent days.

The 15th ALBA Political Council is taking place this Monday, April 10, in Havana with the participation of various Foreign Ministers of the bloc.

The Special Rapporteur of the United Nations (UN) on the human rights of Human Trafficking victims, especially women and children, Maria Grazia Giammarinaro, will begin today an official visit to Cuba.

According to the Foreign Ministry of this nation, Giammarinaro will meet in the Cuban capital and carry out other activities that will allow her to confirm Cuba's commitment to the fulfillment of its international obligations in relation to human trafficking.

Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez called for unity and solidarity in the face of the rapid development of recent events in the region and threats to peace in Latin America and the Caribbean.

At the inauguration of the XV Political Council of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-Treaty of Peoples' Trade (ALBA-TCP), which began in the Cubanacan protocol hall of this capital, Rodriguez stressed the urgency of addressing what is happening in the area, particularly the recent bullying actions against Venezuela.

Final Declaration of the

8th Asia-Pacific Regional Conference of Solidarity with Cuba,

held in Metropolitan Manila, Philippines, on April 8 and 9, 2017.

Kuala Lumpur, April 10th - The 8th Asia Pacific regional meeting of solidarity with Cuba concluded yesterday afternoon in the Philippines with the adoption of the Manila Declaration.
