Students from Pre-university school Metamorphosis in Athens, accompanied by the Headmistress of the school and the English teacher, had a meeting with the Ambassador of Cuba in Greece Mrs Zelmys María Dominguez Cortina to be prepared  in order to represent Cuba at the simulation of UUNN Model , that each year they made at that hellenic school.

Over the last few weeks, international media have reported the intention of OAS General Secretary Luis Almagro Lemes to travel to Havana, in order to receive a "prize" invented by an illegal grouplet, which operates in concert with the ultra-right wing Foundation for Pan American Democracy, created in the days of the 7th Summit of the Americas in Panama, to channel efforts and resources in opposition to legitimate, independent governments in Our America.

Dominica, Roseau, February 21, 2017. The Honorable  minister of Foreing Affairs and CARICOM Affairs of Dominica, Senator Francine Baron, welcomed the Cuban ambassador to Dominica, Juan Carlos Frómeta de la Rosa, for a working meeting.

Last February 12, the Hellenic Cuban Association of Friendship in Tesaloniki , Greece, celebrated the 58 Anniversary of the Cuban Revolution with a political and cultural activity with Cuban and Greek Music. The introductory remarks were made by  Apostolos Skoufas, President of the Association and the central speech was made by  Nikkos Mottas, General Secretary. It was emphasized the importance of the Cuban Revolution as symbol of socialism, of struggle and resistance and as example for the world.  A heartfelt words were said in honor of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro.
