Kingstown, October 8, 2026. — The Director of Culture of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Mrs. Maxine Browne, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Carlos Ernesto Rodríguez Etcheverry, where a fruitful exchange took place.

There he fought his last battle, and there, behind a rock that still bears the marks of countless bullets, endure the memories of what was his emancipatory project for Latin America and, also, his example for immortality.
