Cuba's Deputy Prime Minister meets with IAEA Director General

Nice, June 10, 2025 - The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Inés María Chapman Waugh, Head of the Cuban delegation to the III United Nations Conference on Oceans, held a meeting on Tuesday with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Organization.

They discussed Cuba's potential for cooperation with this international organization, mainly in the areas of food production, nuclear medicine and environmental protection.

Street Festival for Cuba strengthens solidarity action in Austria

Vienna, May 31. A new edition of the “Straßenfest”, Street Party for Cuba, took place this Saturday in the vicinity of the headquarters of the Austria-Cuba Friendship Association (ÖKG) located on Seisgasse Street in this city.

The activity, a space of solidarity and Cuban culture, was led by the solidarity friends of the ÖKG together with the youth of the Communist Youth (KJÖ), the Cuban Embassy in Austria and a representation of the community of Cubans living in Austria.
