Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Mongolia receives the President of INDER.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. April 4, 2018.- Mrs. Tsedenbal Tsogzolmaa, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Mongolia received the President of the INDER Dr. Sc. Solidarity initiative from Faroe Islands

On April 2 the Danish newspaper Arbejderen published an article that describes a project promoted by residents of the Faroe Islands (autonomous territory of Denmark), which consists of crossing the Atlantic Ocean in a rowing boat towards Cuba and continue to the United States, with a message of friendship among peoples.

Visit to Cuba of the leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam will strengthen friendship, Ambassador said

Cuban ambassador, Lianys Torres Rivera, spoke with the Vietnamese News Agency (VNA) about the excellent bilateral ties, on the occasion of the upcoming visit to Cuba by the leader of the Communist Party of Vietnam (PCV), Nguyen Phu Trong.

The Cuban diplomat evoked the Vietnamese leader's last visit to Cuba in 2012, when he met the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, and received, from the President Raúl Castro Ruz, the José Martí Order, maximum distinction granted by the Cuban State.

Cuito Cuanavale: 30 years of a decisive battle for Africa

March 23, 2018 marks the 30th anniversary of the battle of Cuito Cuanavale, a small town in the Angolan province of Cuando Cubango, 825 kilometers southeast of Luanda, at the confluence of the Cuito and Cuanavale rivers, from which it takes its name.

That remote town became a symbol of resistance and courage, after the victory of the Popular Armed Forces for the Liberation of Angola (FAPLA), together with Cuban, Namibian and South African internationalists, against the army of the opprobrious Apartheid regime.

Vietnamese press reflects upcoming visit to Cuba by General Secretary of the Communist Party

The announcement of the state visit to Cuba by the general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (VCP), Nguyen Phu Trong, was headline on Vietnamese national media.

The Vietnamese News Agency (VNA) published a note on the visit of the leader of the VCP to the Caribbean country between the 28th and 30th of the current month, in response to an invitation from the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Raúl Castro Ruz.

The music and talent of Cuban artists continue to captivate the public of Vienna

On the night of March 19, the renowned Cuban pianist, Roberto Fonseca, made a unique presentation at the Great Hall Konzerthaus in Vienna.

This prestigious concert hall is still offered as a stage to expose the art and talent of Cuban musicians. Recall the presentation of the teacher Chucho Valdés and Gonzalo Rubalcaba, who offered a beautiful concert with four hands and two pianos, to present pieces of the Cuban and universal pianistic, on March 7.
