In commemoration of the International Day against Unilateral Coercive Measures, Cuba denounces the blockade and the threat of military aggression against Venezuela

Cuba participated in the Special Conference held to commemorate, for the first time, the International Day against Unilateral Coercive Measures. During the event, Ambassador Rodolfo Benítez emphasized that Unilateral Coercive Measures (UCMs) are illegal under any circumstances and, therefore, unacceptable. He highlighted that nothing justifies the imposition of such measures, and thus they must be eliminated immediately and unconditionally. In this context, the diplomat condemned the criminal economic blockade imposed by United States.

Fruitful Cooperation Meeting on Industrial Property Between Cuba and Venezuela

Within the framework of the Roundtable on South-South Cooperation in Intellectual Property, held at the headquarters of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a cordial and productive meeting took place between representatives of the national industrial property offices of Cuba and Venezuela.

The Cuban Office of Industrial Property (OCPI) was represented at the Roundtable on South-South Cooperation in Intellectual Property, held on November 13 and 14 at the headquarters of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva. The Cuban delegation was headed by Lyan Marsans Castellanos, Head of the Department of Legal Advisory and International Relations of the OCPI.
