At the Plenary Session of the Conference on Disarmament, the Cuban delegation denounced the effects of the Executive Order issued by Donald Trump on January 29, which declares a purported national emergency in the United States and, under its provisions, would allow that government to impose commercial tariffs on imports of products from countries that supply oil to Cuba.
