Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Ghana serves as the venue for the Medical Brigade's Scientific Day

Accra, 08/02/2025. - The headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in Ghana served as venue for the first Scientific Forum of the Cuban Medical Brigade in the African sister nation.

With the display of 21 highly technical presentations, our doctors showed relevant results of their research in different specialties in the field of health. Dr. Mailen Luisa López, Head of the Medical Brigade inaugurated the event, which was attended by Dr. Hafez Adam, Director of Technical Coordination at the Ghanaian Ministry of Health.

ALBA-TCP Declaration strongly supports Cuba

 

Caracas, February 4, 2025.- The Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People's Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) expressed its firm support and absolute solidarity with Cuba in the face of the new actions by the Government of the United States, it was reported today. 

The heads of State and Government of the integration bloc, in a Special Declaration for the Dignity of Migrants, rejected the acts of hostility and economic coercion imposed by the Government of the United States, which seek maximum pressure to overthrow the Cuban Revolution.
