Byambasuren, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Health of Mongolia, opened the keynote address given by the Cuban specialist of the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, Dr. Yanisbel Ortiz Peña, 1st Degree Specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery, on the use and application of Heberprot P, medication for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in The First Hospital of Ulaanbaatar.

The Bulgarian singer Yordanka Hristova, a friend of Cuba and Azerbaijan, received a tribute during a meeting held at the Miniature Book Museum in Baku.

Zarifa Salajova, director of the Museum and organizer of the meeting, recalled the beginning of her relations with the singer and how love and solidarity towards Cuba and her people have always been present in the cultural life of both and the close friendship that unites them.

Roseau. March 21, 2019. Members of the solidarity movement with Cuba in Dominica held a meeting on the night of yesterday, March 20, 2019, with the Ambassador of Cuba in this country. Ulises Arranz Fernández. The meeting took place at the offices of the Dominican Agency for Exports and Imports (DEXIA), where Gregoire Thomas, General Manager of the Agency, who was part of the first group of dominican students who studied in Cuba and graduated from Higher Institute of Agricultural Sciences of Havana.

On Wednesday morning, March 20, 2019, the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, received HE Mr. Eltayeb Abuelgassim Fadul Abuelgassim, ambassador of the Republic of the Sudan in a solemn audience.

The diplomat presented the Letter of Credence that accredit him as Ambassador of the Republic of the Sudan in the Republic of Cuba and, at the conclusion of the ceremony, the head of mission laid a wreath at the Monument to José Martí, in the Plaza de la Revolución.
