Cuba is alternative to exclusionary order, says President Diaz-Canel
Cienfuegos, 26 July 2022. Cuba represents an alternative to the exclusionary order that prevails in the world, President Miguel Diaz-Canel said in Cienfuegos province on Tuesday, addressing the celebrations for the National Rebellion Day.
At the official ceremony on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes barracks in the presence of the leader of the Revolution Raul Castro, the Cuban president stated this is the reason why the US blockade is still in place.
Cuba announces International Transport and Logistics Fair
Havana, 25 July 2022. The Ministry of Transport (Mitrans) of Cuba announced the International Transport and Logistics Fair, FITL 2022, to be held from September 27 to 29 at the capital's Pabexpo fairgrounds.
The event is convened as a business meeting point for transportation and logistics professionals, the creation of strategic alliances, international cooperation and the development of future foreign investment projects.

Havana, 25 July 2022. Cuban residents abroad and friends of Cuba were heard this weekend in all continents prior to the celebration of the 69th anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes garrisons.
On July 26, 1953, young people led by then young lawyer Fidel Castro tried to take over those two fortresses in eastern Cuba. The actions failed militarily but represented the beginning of the revolutionary struggle against the Fulgencio Batista dictatorship (1952-1958).
Cuba to relaunch foreign exchange market, including US dollar
Havana, 22 July 2022. Cuba will relaunch the foreign exchange market for the population and international travelers, including the US dollar, but at a higher rate than the official one established on Thursday.
Diaz-Canel reiterates more socialism in Cuba against the blockade
Havana, 22 July 2022. Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel reiterated today the search for revolutionary and socialist solutions as a response to the difficulties faced by the country due to the intensified U.S. blockade.
In his Twitter, the president said “in the face of the imperial logic of suffocating the Cuban economy to destroy the Revolution, the enemy must know that the greater the challenges, our response is more Revolution and more socialism”.
