Cuba denounces violations of the UN Host Country Agreement by the US

New York, 11 July 2022.  The Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Mission to the United Nations, Ambassador Yuri Gala López, appeared today before the United Nations Committee on Relations with the Host Country, where he denounced the violations to which Cuban diplomats accredited to the UN are subjected.

Cuba advances in Alzheimer's treatment research

Havana, 7 July 2022. At the Hermanos Ameijeiras Surgical Clinical Hospital in Havana, consultations began this Wednesday to classify patients with Alzheimer's disease for their subsequent inclusion in the Phase III clinical trial with the neuroprotective drug NeuralCIM (NeuroEPO).

Nueva York, 7 July 2022. July 9 will mark 23 years since the death of Regino Boti León, the economist from the province of Guantánamo who on January 20, 1959 was appointed "minister in charge of the National Council of Economy" in the first cabinet of the Revolutionary Government of Cuba.
