Members of the Cuban medical cooperation brigade save more than 5,000 lives in Jamaica.

Kingston, Jamaica, 8 October 2020. Members of the Cuban medical cooperation brigade report today in Jamaica 5,881 lives saved and continue to support local efforts to contain the spread of Covid-19 on the front line.

The Embassy of Cuba in Kingston told Prensa Latina that in the last month the medical personnel provided healthcare to 45,115 citizens, while the total number of patients attended from April to August rose up to 270,775.
