The Cuban Ambassador Fernando Pérez Maza made a courtesy visit to the new director of the Americas of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry, Mr. Salah S. Al Haddad.
During the meeting the parties discussed the status of bilateral relations between the two countries and the political situation in the region of the Americas as a result of the measures and sanctions that the US government takes against several countries in the region.

Kuala Lumpur, September 18- Organized by the study center of latin american studies of  University Malaya, the forum on Cuban medical cooperation, entitled "Cuba and global health" took place.

The foro has as speakers the Cuban ambassador to Malaysia, Ibete Fernández Hernández, Tan Sri Dr Abu Bakar Suleiman and Johan Indot, president and vice president of Bioven, the company that deals with the registration of CIMAVAX EGF in Asia and other countries and the doctors graduated in Cuba, Dr. Thanussa Francis and Dr Mathen Nair.

During the cordial meeting the parties discussed the development of bilateral relations and possible ways to strengthen it.

Kuala Lumpur, september 18 - Malaysian medical graduates in Cuba rejected the defamatory campaign orchestrated by the United States against Cuban medical collaboration in the context of the resurgence of the unjust blockade.

Malaysian doctors told the forum "Cuba and global health" about the humanism of the Cuban health system, as well as the solidarity that Cuban doctors bring to each country where they provide their services. They participated in the hearing of the altruism of our doctors who assist their patients in intricate places where health services are in short supply.

Canberra, September 18, 2019- The Cuban Ambassador to Australia, Ariel Lorenzo Rodríguez, was received at the headquarters of the Federal Parliament in Canberra by the Minister of Indigenous Affairs, Ken Wyatt, with whom he exchanged matters of bilateral interest.

YANGON, September 18, 2019. The Hon. Mr. Kyaw Tint Swe, Minister for the Office of the State Counselor and Chancellor of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the concurrent Ambassador of Cuba, Héctor Conde Almeida, held a meeting on key topics on the Agenda of the 74 UN General Assembly.

Kingston, Jamaica, 17 September 2019. The Cuban Ambassador to Jamaica, H.E Mrs. Inés Fors Fernández, was received today by Ambassador Marcia Gilbert-Roberts, CD, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica.

As part of the visit made on September 13 to the Jorn Museum in the Danish city of Silkeborg, the ambassador of Cuba in Denmark, Yiliam Gómez held an exchange with Jacob Thage, director of that entity. Thage explained one of the inter-institutional projects currently underway, which consists of making a 3D sample of the work of the famous Danish painter Asger Jorn. This exhibition will essentially include the abstract wall paintings that the Danish artist painted in Cuba, which were restored with the support of several Denmark’s institutions in 2009.
